“God bless you, may God reward your children a thousandfold for what you give us …”
The staff of Diaconia Charitable Fund often hear these and similar blessings on the days when they distribute the food parcels. These food packages are often vital for the sponsored children and their families.
Child sponsorships can be vital
Medical care as part of child sponsorship should not be underestimated either, because the sick or their relatives usually have to bear all medical costs themselves. This has ruined many a family. There are now health insurances in Armenia. But precisely those who need it so badly cannot afford this insurance. A basic supply can be ensured through the child sponsorship. Furthermore, the children receive clothing and school supplies – items which are also unaffordable for many families.

How you can help

Many children in need are still waiting for help – and it’s so easy to help them! With a monthly amount of just € 48 you can improve a child’s life considerably. Once a year you will receive a report from us on the child’s progress and living conditions with a current photo.
You can also write to the child if you like. However, we cannot guarantee that they will respond. It is also possible to arrange a meeting with the sponsored child. Please contact us!
Would you like to help an Armenian child sustainably and help ensure that they have a future? Below you find some children who are looking for sponsors. If you are interested in sponsoring one of these children or another child, please contact us. If you prefer to know something about the child’s background beforehand, we are happy to send you a report in English on one or more of the children. This would not be binding for you in any way. Do you have further questions? Our Sponsorship FAQ are there for you. Thank you for your interest!
